“The work in which I had overseen during the time I worked with Mr. Mort involved seismic reinforcement of an existing 1941 structure used by the Department of the Navy. Mr. Mort provided strong production rates and met/exceeded expectations with respect to quality, safety, and good housekeeping practices. His crew was properly trained in the areas they performed work.
